Research

The problem to solve was how to create effective communication for telemedicine service to COVID-19 patients with the implementation of social innovation methodology title learn-by-doing in five steps; with the use of tools such as user persona, journey mapping, how might we, and stakeholder map, among others.

A service design project was achieved by identifying user personas developed deep insights to deliver a communication prototype of telemedicine service during the pandemic 2020.
